As a spiritual parenting coach who also practices Naturopathy, my desire is to help you get out of the stress cycle, enjoy your family and raise your children as naturally as possible.  I enjoy working with families with children of all ages and special needs children.

Spiritual Parenting Coaching is designed to help you discover your deepest desires for your family, empower you as a parent and assist you on the road to creating your family dream.  Together we will help you move away from the stress cycle and into a life where you are flow through your day easily and accomplish your goals.

• How to manage your stress and help your children to manage theirs
• The different personality types and how to work with them
• Positive discipline for your child
• How to raise your child as naturally as possible with herbs, homeopathy and more
• What to do when you or your child loses control

What is coaching?  A coach is someone you can talk to on the phone that will help you get to know yourself better and lead you to creating your dreams.  Everyone needs somebody to listen and help them stay clear on what it is that they want from life. A coach is that person. A coach will help you clarify what you want and then keep you on that path.  We will set goals together and work to clear confusion and obstacles that may look like they are blocking you from reaching your dreams. A coach will keep everything private and is someone who is removed from your particular situation so they can often see things from a different perspetive without the emotional attachment.

Coaching is done once a week on the phone for 1 hour and  is done 3 weeks a month. It is very convenient because as a busy parent, you can do this at home or from your office.
